Skills 87.7 FM, Okigwe Lauded for Engaging Programmes Meant for Listener’s Delight

Skills 87.7 FM, Okigwe, has been commended for various quality programmes aimed at educating , entertaining and informing the listener.

The Acting Public Relations Officer, Gregory University Uturu, Ebubechi Iwuh, who gave the commendation on Thursday when she played host to the Station Manager, Skills 87.7 FM, Okigwe, Mr. Eugene Okey Imuoh in her office, revealed that the FM has quality programmes for her audience.

She said so far, the station has gone a long way in positively advancing the lives of people in Uturu and environs, adding that their programmes have been engaging as well as encourage audience participation.

Iwuh, revealed that the programmes the station parade are in tandem with the philosophy of the founder of Gregory University, Uturu, Prof. Gregory Ibe and Skills 87.7 FM, Okigwe.

She stressed that the founder has always advocated the promotion of huge cultural heritage of his people as well as has sued for peace in the country while promising that the institution will continue to partner Skills 87.7 FM, Okigwe.

On his part, The Station Manager, Skills 87.7 FM, Okigwe, Mr Eugene Okey Imuoh lauded the PRO of the institution for the warm reception accorded him and his team.

He promised that Skills 87.7 FM Okigwe, under his watch, will continue to parade engaging programmes for listener’s delight.

Mr Imuoh also pledged that the station will continue to play the utilitarian functions of the media vis-Ă -vis: information, entertainment and educating the public just as he promised to continue to partner the institution.
